Children Policy

Children 6 years old and below are free of charge sharing bed with the parents.

Payment

Valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. Actual credit card used in the reservation must be presented upon check-in, together with a valid government ID of the cardholder. Payment for the full amount must be done upon check-in and credit card must be physically swiped in our POS. Official Receipt will be issued upon check-out.

Other Payment Policies

All room promotions are NON-REFUNDABLE. Full payment will be applied for the entire duration or 100% charged through the guest credit/debit card.

Standard Cancellation

Cancellations made more than fourteen (14) days prior to the arrival date, will not be subject to penalties and will not be charged however are still subject to applicable bank charges. For reasons other than force majeure, cancellations made fourteen (14) days or less before the arrival date is subject to 100% of room charge as a penalty.

No-Show

In case of no-show, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged as cancellation fee and NO REFUND will be given.

Refund Policy

Cancelled reservations that are subject to a refund will be processed within thirty (30) business days. Subject to acquiring banks crediting of amount to client's account.

Other Cancellation Policies

Non-refundable booking are non-cancellable and non-amenable for those booking under promotions.

Hotel Policies

Early Check-in

Early check-in at 12 PM & above is free of charge subject to room availability: 6AM to 11:59AM = 50% of the published rate subject to room availability.

Late Check-out

Late check-out may be allowed until 2PM (Free of charge). In the case of a late checkout after 2:00PM but before 6:00PM, an additional half day room charge will apply. For checkouts after 6:00PM, a full day room charge will apply. Subject to room availability.

Maximum Occupants

Only a maximum of 2 guests are allowed per room plus 1 child 6 years old and below will be allowed to share the room with the parents.

Incidental Deposit

Incidental deposit of Php 1,000.00 per room per night shall be required upon check-in by cash or credit card. Incidental charges will be on guest’s accounts unless otherwise advised and should be settled in full individually upon check-out by cash or credit card.

Safety Protocols

Due to the outbreak of the 2019 Coronavirus, we subscribe to the guidelines set by the local government authorities on firm health and safety regulations. All guests are permitted, except those with comorbidities or are currently pregnant. We request for your understanding in following physical distancing, wearing of face masks and face shields, and other measures to create a safe and low-risk environment for all. During your arrival, you will present the following as required by the Local Government of Calatagan.

1. A copy of your confirmation letter to prove that you have an advance booking.
2. For guests ages 18-65 years old, Barangay Certificate signed by BHERT for each individual that you are not showing any symptoms and not on the list of probable, suspect and confirmed Covid-19 case issued within 48 hours before your arrival/check-in.
3. For guests below 18 years old and above 65 years old, negative result from an RT-PCR test taken not more than 72 hours prior to check-in.
4. Valid / government-issued ID.
5. All guests are required to wear face mask and face shield in all public areas.

Please bring two (2) hardcopies of the documents as one set will be handed over to the Officer-in-charge at the checkpoint.
